- Discuss finishes and go over Scope of Work
- Measurements and photographs taken
- Inspiration photos reviewed
- Buildertrend tutorial on selection approvals

Plans Presentation
- Design team presents
schematic layout options - Ballpark pricing discussed
- 2nd half of Design Agreement signed by client
- Client pays fee to cover work completed in the 2nd half of the Design Phase

Selections Meeting
- Present finishes for your
project (tile, plumbing, countertops, etc.) - Plans and finishes posted to Buildertrend
for final approval - Collaborative process finalizing plans

Updated Ballpark Estimate
- Ballpark check in based upon finalized plans and selections
- Move forward with proposed plans and selections or value engineer

Trade Meeting
- In-home meeting with trade partners
- Electrician, plumber, craftsmen, etc.
- Your chance to meet our team and ask questions

Construction Agreement
- Fixed price agreement provided
- Detailed scope of work and billing milestones
- Start date and projected timeline
- Contract signed and deposit paid to lock in start date

Construction
- First day site prep of construction area to minimize dust
- Demo begins
- Jobsite is cleaned daily
- Weekly walkthroughs with your Project Manager
- Client approves of any and all change orders

Preconstruction Meeting
- Introduction to your Project Manager
- Client and production staff discuss logistics
- Pet safety, storage, dumpster, portable toilet, and lockbox locations discussed
- Client questions and concerns are addressed

Completion & Warranty
- Any issues identified are addressed and corrected before completion
- Final payment requested
- 60-day and 1-year warranty visits scheduled to address any newly discovered concerns
- 3-year comprehensive warranty
