That’s why our support continues after the final payment with 60-day and 1-year scheduled warranty visits to address any newly discovered concerns. A final warranty punch list is created AFTER a 3-year warranty on all work!

The Fred Case Remodeling Entrepreneur of the Year Award. The award seeks to recognize each year those who exemplify innovation in their business, innovations that may manifest in different ways: new business processes; unique building processes or use of materials; streamlined systems; relevant training programs; and creative use of technology. Innovative Design-Build owner Clark Harris won this award in 2021!

Our most recent awards were won in 2023 for Residential Bathroom Over 150k (won both local and regional), Outdoor Living Space over 350k, Whole House Renovation over 1M (won both local and regional) and Residential Interior Special Feature over 100k
Qualified Remodeler Master Design Awards highlight creative solutions in the construction of extraordinary home improvement projects. We received awards for Basement over $100k, Bathroom over $75k and Specialty Product under $50k categories in 2021.
